PLACING YOUR ORDER
★To purchase from Little Dandelion Boutique, please comment with your email address, size & colour in the comments section on the photo/s.
★Payment can be made by Direct Deposit, PayPal or Cash on pickup. If you pay by bank deposit please use your name as a reference for all purchases and advise when you have made payment to littledandelionboutique@outlook.com. If you are paying by bank deposit, please note your payment may take a few days to clear.
★Payment is required within 48 hours, please contact me should you require longer.

POSTAGE
We now offer local pickup! From the corrimal area. Save you on some postage cost... :)
★All orders are dispatched from Corrimal, NSW. All orders are sent out via Australia Post. We do not charge a handling fee, all postage rates are set by Australia Post.
★Small items can be sent for $2.00 in a A4 envelope, other items are posted in satchels - up to 500gms for $7.20 or up to 3kgs for $11.50. These prices do not include insurance, we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post, therefore insurance is available for an additional price at purchasers request.
★We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days from receipt of payment. Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 2 – 3 weeks.
REFUNDS
★There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received.
★Refunds are only given on faulty items. Each item is carefully checked for defects before being dispatched. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery. Contact must be made via email or facebook message within 48 hours of the item being received. After this time unfortunately returns will not be accepted.
